Job Summary:
Responsible for multiple resources to deliver large scale global cross functional business transformation programs. Builds strategic relationships with stakeholders and government and governance authorities. Responsible for and leads the delivery of very large transformational programs and portfolios.

ResponsibilitiesPlanning
  • Develops strategic business cases, plans large scale/complex global cross functional business transformation programs that contain multiple high profile/business critical dependencies and risksStakeholder Management
  • Works predominantly with the executive and external bodies/government and governance authorities to manage stakeholder expectations and build strategic relationshipsCommunications
  • Delivers impactful communications on behalf of the Review Board and into the public domainRisk Management
  • Accountable to the Review Board, consults and gives advice on risk management principles and practice on complex risk and issues impacting business strategy, reputation and legal aspects
  • Takes council from senior leaders within and beyond Equinix to analyze complex problems and recommend actionProject/Program Delivery
  • Responsible for the delivery of large scale/complex global cross functional business transformation programs that contain multiple high profile/business critical dependencies and risksResource Management (people, finances etc.)
  • Responsible for leading large company wide teams of program managers and multiple resources (i.e. SME's) to deliver large scale global cross functional business transformation programs, synergies and budget controlChief of Staff (CoS in addition to the above may have extra responsibilities)
  • Responsible for setting Functional Leadership agendas, managing functional and cross-functional communications, overseeing functional projects and carrying out activities to maintain leadership team cohesion
  • May also be involved in functional FP&A budgeting, reporting and analysis activities
  • May represent E-team leader in meetings
  • Member of leadership teamQualifications
  • 15+ years experience preferred
  • Diploma to a Bachelor's Degree preferred
