With multiple OEM certifications , we repair everything from high-end luxury vehicles to late-model OEM-compliant passenger vehicles , always following proper manufacturer guidelines. We are a fast-paced, highly productive shop , and we're looking for a driven, energetic Production Manager to help lead our team and keep operations running at peak performance. Position Overview The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily workflow of the shop, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a busy environment, builds strong team relationships, and drives results. What We're Looking For Strong collision repair experience (required) Experience managing production in a high-volume shop CCC ONE experience required Ability to manage repairs on both high-end luxury vehicles and late-model OEM-compliant passenger vehicles Highly motivated, energetic, and reliable A true team player who contributes to a positive shop culture Strong organizational and leadership skills Commitment to OEM repair standards and quality Key Responsibilities Manage daily shop production and workflow Coordinate repairs between departments (body, paint, parts) Ensure repairs meet OEM and company standards Monitor cycle times, productivity, and quality Lead and support technicians to maximize efficiency Maintain a strong focus on team culture and communication Work closely with estimators and management team Utilize CCC ONE for workflow tracking and repair management Why Join CDE Collision Centers?
