The Associate Executive Director is responsible for all facets of marketing YMCA programs and provides staff leadership to advance the YMCA mission and position the center as a vital community asset serving youth development, social responsibility, and healthy living. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Ability to develop and maintain quality programs. Strong organizational and supervisory skills. Must possess knowledge in fiscal management, program planning, member services and sales, personnel management, training and evaluation, public relations, and fundraising. Completion of all position-specific and required YMCA training within established deadlines.
