You'll oversee a talented leadership team that includes the Director of Operations, Controller, Fleet Manager, and Project Management group, ensuring alignment, accountability, and collaboration across all functions. Leadership experience and supervising multiple team members Confidence in decision-making Experience developing a team Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and driving profitability Excellent communication skills People-first mindset Landscape or greenspace industry experience Associate Requirements Bachelors Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $96.00 - $96.00 per hour.
