This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, outdoor environment where teamwork, customer service, and accountability are key. We offer a consistent 4-day work week , giving you full-time hours while enjoying 3 days off each week. Job Responsibilities Provide a safe, friendly, and excellent service experience for every customer Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability Support the Store Manager with team leadership, scheduling, training, and coaching Help maintain overall site cleanliness, safety, and brand standards Monitor wash quality and assist in resolving customer concerns professionally and promptly Learn and master all operational positions in order to train and support team members Assist with inventory management and supply organization Work with company software systems including point-of-sale, scheduling, HR systems, and Microsoft Office applications Lead by example through positive attitude, accountability, and hands-on involvement
