The District Office of Joshua Sharp provides training in sales execution, team leadership, and business operations. Responsibilities Drive new business through personal production Recruit and develop team members Implement marketing and lead-generation strategies Build recurring revenue through retention and cross-selling What We Offer Leadership coaching and mentorship Proven sales systems Marketing and recruiting support Structured path to agency ownership Please note: This opportunity is designed for individuals interested in pursuing insurance agency ownership. Participants may begin in a structured development program designed to prepare them for agency ownership. Compensation is performance-based and varies based on production, renewals, and agency growth. Insurance licensing is required. Agency owners operate as independent contractors and are not employees of Farmers Insurance.
