• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Drive sales performance by implementing effective sales strategies and providing guidance to team members.
• Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment, organization, and conducting regular inventory audits.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance their skills in sales management and customer service.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to promote a positive work environment. Requirements
• Previous experience in retail management or sales management is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
• Proficient phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally.
• Experience operating cash registers and handling transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of inventory management processes is an advantage.
• Multilingual abilities are considered a plus for enhancing customer interactions.
• A proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills is essential.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
