• We are looking for an experienced and dependable
• General Shop Manager
• to lead daily operations at our busy body shop.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage workflow, employees, customer communication, and overall shop performance in a fast-paced environment. ###

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shop operations and production
• Manage technicians and shop staff
• Coordinate scheduling, repairs, and job flow
• Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and vendors
• Ensure quality control and timely completion of repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Help drive efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction ###

Qualifications:

• Previous body shop management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Knowledge of estimating and repair processes
• Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented ###
