General Manager At Oneway AC , we provide high-quality HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration services throughout Houma, LA, and the surrounding communities. Specializing in AC installation and supported by comprehensive maintenance programs, we are committed to delivering reliable heating, cooling, electrical, and refrigeration solutions to both residential and commercial customers. Compensation:
$100,000 - $120,000 annually with performance-based bonuses and incentives
Position Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving revenue growth, managing team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role will lead service, installation, and administrative teams while implementing systems and processes that improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across HVAC service, installation, and support teams Lead, coach, and develop technicians, office staff, and department leaders Drive revenue growth through performance management, KPIs, and strategic planning Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality Implement and improve operational systems, processes, and workflows Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance Monitor job costing, margins, and operational efficiency Maintain compliance with safety standards and industry regulations Collaborate with ownership on business strategy and long-term planning Required Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years of leadership experience Experience in HVAC, mechanical, or service-based industry is preferred Strong operational and business management experience Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Experience with budgeting, KPIs, and financial management Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience with Service Titan software is highly preferred Preferred Qualifications Background in HVAC Experience managing multi-department operations Experience scaling or growing a service business What Success Looks Like in This Role A motivated, high-performing team Increased operational efficiency and profitability Strong customer satisfaction and retention Clear systems, structure, and accountability across the company
