Job Description

Resolute Management, Inc. is a Third-Party Administrator hired by clients to handle complex environmental, asbestos, and/or latent type insurance claims. We are proud to be an affiliate of the Berkshire Hathaway group of insurance companies and we believe our structure allows our employees to experience the benefits of a large company with a friendly, small company atmosphere. Our headquarters are located in Boston, MA, and we have additional offices located in Chicago, Philadelphia, and Stamford, CT. We have multiple internship opportunities available in Boston, Chicago, and Philadelphia! The Summer Intern will report to the Vice President of either our Legal, Operations, or Claims department. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and energetic intern with a strong willingness to be adaptive and operate in various capacities. This is an ideal opportunity for students majoring in legal studies or any business subjects. All majors are welcome! The duration of the internship is approximately 12-weeks.
Intern Responsibilities:
Fulfill tasks set out by supervisors. Assists with research and data entry as it relates to litigation, insurance, operations, and invoicing. Assist with administrative processes and use of electronic systems for data gathering; prepare reports, review, and summarize results. Provides assistance to the Assistant Vice President, Vice President, or Senior VP.
Intern Requirements:
Current undergraduate student (or recent graduate) at a 4-year college or university. Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to multitask.
