Full Job Description Pay:
$110,000 - $130,000 per year Job description: The next major constraint in the growth of AI is water. Data center projects are being blocked due their water footprint. Nona is providing the solution. Nona technologies is an MIT spinout that has translated basic science into a product that can reduce water consumption up to 50% for a Data Center producing significant OpEx savings, all with a smart plug-and-play product. Now its time to sell. This role is for a strategic generalist to serve as a force multiplier for our founding team. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role that sits at the center of everything — financial modeling, operations, sales, marketing, people, and investor relations. You'll work directly with leadership to turn priorities into progress, stepping in wherever the business needs brainpower and execution. If you're energized by building from scratch and want a hand on the wheel at a seed-stage startup, this role was made for you. Experience in business development is a plus. This role will travel to strategic accounts and conferences. Residence in Boston/Cambridge preferred. What You'll Do You'll work closely with the CEO to do a little bit of everything, which will include some or all of the following: Accounting Close books monthly with support from contract CPA Finance Monthly reporting, maintain forecasts in concert with CEO HR Manage payroll & onboarding Marketing Create marketing assets in concert with CEO and head of sales Orchestrate digital marketing campaigns Manage website & inbound leads Sales Lead generation & GTM motion design Assist with CRM upkeep Attend trade shows Fundraising/IR Board reporting material creation Investor pitch material & data room creation Investor sourcing Participate in product development decision making Ad Hoc research projects What We're Looking For 5-10 years of experience in startup & corporate roles Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal direction, from initial scoping through execution and iteration Strong financial acumen — able to build and interpret models, manage budgets, and translate numbers into decisions Excellent english written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for investors, boards, or external stakeholders Entrepreneurial mindset — you've either started something, or worked at the early stages of something, or in a high-growth corporate role Track record of closing large, complex, multi-stakeholder deals Comfort operating in a startup environment with ambiguity and ownership Comfortable leveraging AI to build, brainstorm, research, and manage.
