European Wax Center Dedham is looking to grow its Management Team with a bright, outgoing, capable, hands-on leader to lead and expand a strong team of estheticians! What You'll Be Doing:
You will be working hand in hand with our Management Team, Helping them in overseeing and managing the daily and ongoing operations of the center. Achieving all Wax Pass Sales and retail sales goals. Managing front desk and esthetic staff. Hiring, training and monitoring the performance of all staff. Creating and maintaining staff and esthetician work schedules. Leading your team to provide excellent service to guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting guests upon arrival and selling wax passes. Maintaining professional and impeccable center environment for employees and guests. Generating sales reports, payroll, bank deposits, maintaining inventory and ordering supplies. Successful Candidate:
College education preferred Management, sales and/or marketing experience. Sales experience in fitness/service/retail industry. This location is open 7 days a week requiring creative scheduling. Ability to create and sustain a warm, professional, inspiring environment. A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate ability to inspire people. Ability to effectively communicate expectations to staff and create winning a team. Desire to think flexibly and strategically.
