Job Summary As a Store Manager Trainee, you will learn to manage all operations of a Colliflower store. We will train you in customer service, industrial hose assembly, and inventory management. Schedule is Monday

• Friday 7:30AM
• 5:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM
• 12:00 PM.

Technical Skills:

Gain specialized trade in fluid connector solutions (Hydraulics). Lo que harás (What You Will Do)

Customer Service:

Assist both English and Spanish-speaking customers with technical inquiries and solutions.

Mechanical Fabrication:

Learn to assemble and crimp industrial hoses using power tools and specialized machinery.

Operations:

Order management, organize inventory, and handle sales transactions.

Leadership Prep:

Work directly under a Store Manager to learn business administration and facility management.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Minimum 1 year of customer-facing work experience.

Language:

Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly preferred and a major plus.

Mechanical Aptitude:

You enjoy working with your hands and have an interest in how things work.

Math Skills:

Proficient in basic math; ability to read a tape measure and learn metric equivalents.

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements & Environment Active Role:

Work is performed in a workshop environment involving standing, bending, and reaching.

Lifting:

Ability to move up to 150 lbs with the aid of provided equipment (dollies/lifts) or via team-lifting.

Tools:

You will be trained to use hose saws, crimping machines, and standard office equipment.
