With over a decade of experience in the industry, we have built a reputation for excellence, becoming the go-to contractor for residential and commercial roofing, siding, and gutter services. We are seeking an experienced and committed Team Leader to join our growing team. Duties Demonstrate a mastery company pitch, steps, rebuttals, and advanced training. Lead a team of 1-5 D2D canvassers. Safely drive the team to their assigned territory using the company van. Complete 1:1 meetings with the team regularly to evaluate performance. Train new hires in office/ in field. Prepare and share daily and weekly production reports with the management team. Monitor team key performance metrics. Achieve daily and weekly personal performance goals. Skills & Requirements Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience managing of canvassing staff. Ability to manage change effectively while maintaining team morale. Knowledge of the home improvement industry. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills; successful at motivating staff to meet performance quotas.
