Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our premium cigar lounge and bar team. This position is ideal for someone with strong people skills who enjoys working in a relaxed but professional hospitality environment. Previous retail sales, customer service, management or bartending experience is required.
Responsibilities include:
Providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming lounge atmosphere. Assisting customers with cigar and beverage selections. Learning cigar products, brands, and lounge operations. Bartending and serving adult beverages responsibly. Operating cash register and handling sales transactions accurately. Assisting with daily opening and closing duties. Supporting management with lounge operations and team leadership development. Following all policies and procedures of the operation.
Qualifications:
Professional appearance and positive attitude. Strong and articulate communication and customer service skills. Previous sales/management experience. Bartending experience is a plus, or willingness to learn bartending required. Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment. Dependable, punctual and team oriented. Must be 21 years of age or older.
PLEASE NOTE THIS IS AN ACTIVE CIGAR LOUNGE AND SMOKING ENVIRONMENT.
Applicants should be comfortable working around cigar smoke. Individuals who are highly sensitive, adverse, or allergic to smoke should not apply. We offer a unique atmosphere centered around premium cigars, hospitality and customer experience.

$15.00 per hour
