Pay:
$19.00 per hour Job description: Position Summary The Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily park operations, team performance, and guest experience. This role is a hands-on leadership position responsible for maintaining safety standards, driving operational consistency, and developing team members while ensuring the park operates efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Operations & Shift Leadership Lead daily park operations during assigned shifts Ensure all attractions operate safely and according to policy Open and close the park as scheduled, following cash handling and security procedures Monitor staffing levels and adjust coverage to meet business needs Execute operational checklists and ensure standards are met consistently Guest Experience Model exceptional customer service and guest engagement Address guest concerns, complaints, and incidents professionally and promptly Support party execution, guest flow, and front-of-house operations Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized facility at all times Safety & Compliance Enforce all safety rules and Sky Zone policies consistently Respond to incidents and accidents, completing required documentation Conduct routine facility and safety inspections Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and brand standards Team Leadership & Development Supervise, coach, and motivate team members during shifts Assist with training new hires and ongoing team development Provide real-time feedback and corrective coaching when needed Support performance expectations, accountability, and positive team culture Administrative & Support Duties Assist with scheduling, timecard review, and labor control Support inventory management, supply ordering, and cash controls Communicate operational updates and expectations to team members Partner with the General Manager on initiatives, promotions, and park goals Qualifications Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and decisive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable enforcing rules and holding team members accountable Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the park for extended periods Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Ability to respond quickly in an active environment
