Job Description

Position Summary The position reports directly to the Dean of the SACD, is the assistant to the Dean, and is also the Business Manager. The Dean's Office is made up of the Dean, Vice-Dean, Dean's Assistant, and Vice-Dean's Assistant Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist with managing the Dean's Calendar. Handles all Financial responsibilities for the SACD, including teaching contracts, etc. Works with the other assistant to run the daily office affairs. Works with all students in SACD on a daily basis. Assists the Director of the DCDC with contracts, payments, etc. Handles work study and non-work study paperwork, troubleshooting, etc.
Requirements Minimum Qualifications Education:
High school diploma
Experience:
6 months to 2 years Preferred Qualifications Pleasant personality, especially with working with students, staff, faculty, administrators, the public. Problem resolver. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Word processing, excel, adobe Physical Requirements Job may require lifting light weight objects (1 to 10 pounds) with no repetitive bending or stooping. Occasionally lift average weight objects (1 to 10 pounds). Work Environment Regular exposure to favorable conditions such as those found in a normal office. Salary/Pay Information Commensurate with experience Anticipated Schedule Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m
