This role is a business leader who is not afraid to work. Direct sales (Inside and outside) responsibility, engineering mindset, operations, materials management, quality, finance and common sense are required. Essential Functions Communication. Must have excellent, effective verbal and written communication skills, share information with others prior to decisions and after decisions in a timely manner. Listen effectively and accept constructive criticism Honesty. Must have a high level of honesty and integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical behavior and decision-making. Must be able to foster positive, open, and honest conversations with management and employees. Adaptability to new ideas and changing work environments and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Mechanical Knowledge. Must have sound, mechanical knowledge and take a common sense/practical approach along with the ability to make thoughtful and timely decisions. Gain clarity of issues or objectives by getting input in the decision-making process and show consideration for the impact of the decisions. Positive Attitude. Promote a positive attitude, understand and promote company mission and core values. Must be able to work independently and accept accountability. Service. Must show commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with fleet managers, service shops, distributors, and other key customers. Identify sales opportunities and pursue new business through cold calls, site visits, and follow-up on leads. Present and promote products with a strong understanding of their features, benefits, and applications. Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, production, purchasing) to ensure customer satisfaction. Track customer activity, sales metrics, and market trends. Attend trade shows, ang get on the road as needed. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company revenue and profit goals. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in business leadership and sales responsibility. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and maintain long-term client relationships. Quick minded and open to new ideas and getting things done without bureaucracy.
