Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant General Manager to join our team and drive excellence in our hospitality operations. In this pivotal role, you will support leadership in managing daily activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering a motivated team environment. Your proactive approach will help optimize sales performance, streamline operational processes, and uphold our commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with strong management skills to grow within a vibrant hospitality setting. Duties Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies Support hiring, onboarding, training, and developing team members to enhance their performance and engagement Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and maximize sales potential Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels Supervise cash handling, POS transactions, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity Lead shift management by delegating tasks effectively and maintaining high standards of hotel presentation and safety Skills Strong leadership abilities with proven supervisory experience in customer service environments Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Proficiency in negotiation, marketing, and sales management techniques Skilled in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training new staff members Competent in retail math, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and cash handling procedures Familiarity with inventory management systems, POS technology, and multi phone line Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting Experience in data entry, strong customer service skills and problem solving Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment Computer savvy Join us as an Assistant General Manager and become an integral part of a forward-thinking team dedicated to excellence!
