Assistant Manager

Fun Fun Spa Environment For The Kids !! The Assistant Manager works hand-in-hand with the Salon Manager to oversee all day-to-day operations, ultimately ensuring the business runs smoothly and profitably. This includes daily oversight of the Guest Experience, daily checklists, inventory, and fiscal responsibility. This position requires accessibility including as the first point of contact for guests and employees. The Assistant Manager reports directly to the Store Manager, whose role is to provide overall direction for growth of the Princess and Diva Spa , provide career development training for the Assistant Manager and team.

Responsibilities:

Managing all day-to-day operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention Meeting team and individual sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly Consulting parents and children in a professional, upbeat and exciting manner Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers Maintaining a clean and organized salon Cash handling, opening/closing business Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking

Qualifications:

High school diploma, or equivalent Love working with Kids Proven customer service experience Two or more years of management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends Friendly competitive drive to meet sales goals Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Attention to detail and organization Love to have fun!

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
