Job Description Pearse Partners is partnering with a leading large-cap Infrastructure fund on a senior hire as they scale their North American investment team in Houston . This is a rare opportunity for an experienced investor to join a best-in-class platform in a high-impact, deal-facing role. The Role As a Vice President, you will take a leadership role across the full investment lifecycle - from origination and execution through to asset management - with a focus on core infrastructure, renewable energy, and oil & gas across North America. Key Responsibilities Lead and own the financial modelling process across active deals, driving investment analysis and returns optimization Spearhead deal execution end-to-end: managing due diligence workstreams, coordinating advisors, and owning the preparation of investment committee materials Develop and maintain proprietary market insight across target sectors, tracking policy developments, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends Take an active role in portfolio management , driving performance monitoring and value creation initiatives across existing assets Present and communicate investment theses and portfolio updates to senior leadership and external stakeholders with authority and clarity Ideal Candidate Profile 5-8 years of experience in infrastructure investing, private equity, M&A, or a related asset class; buy-side experience strongly preferred Exceptional financial modelling skills with deep expertise in infrastructure cash flow analysis and returns frameworks Proven track record of leading complex transactions from origination through close Strong familiarity with infrastructure due diligence processes and legal/financial documentation Highly commercial mindset with the ability to build and maintain relationships with management teams, advisors, and co-investors Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline; top-tier academic background preferred
