Day shift, Evening shift, Weekend availability (1-2 Saturdays per month) Job Summary- HOTWORX Mankato is seeking a high-energy, fitness-loving Assistant General Manager to drive sales and lead our studio operations. You will partner with the General Manager to manage staff, retain members, and hit monthly revenue goals. This role focuses heavily on membership sales, lead generation, and team development.

Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue:
Lead the studio sales process by closing memberships, selling packages, and driving retail sales.
Lead Generation:
Execute daily prospecting activities, including making outbound calls, booking appointments, and community outreach.
Team Leadership:
Assist in hiring, training, and motivating a high-performing team of Sales Associates.
Operations:
Oversee daily studio maintenance, inventory management, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for members.
Social Media:
Create engaging local content to promote the studio across social platforms. Schedule & Availability Full-time position covering mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Flexible weekday scheduling. Alternating weekend shifts with minimal Saturday requirements (only 1-2 Saturdays per month). Qualifications & Skills 1-2 years of experience in fitness, retail, or hospitality management. Proven track record in direct sales and achieving performance metrics. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Passion for health, fitness, and helping others reach their wellness goals. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
