Director of Advancement

The full time Director of Advancement is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of all development and donor engagement efforts to ensure the long-term sustainability of St. Jerome School's Catholic mission. This role is responsible for building and maintaining a culture of philanthropy, securing major gifts, and developing a multi-year pathway toward financial independence. St. Jerome School is a joyfully Catholic school home for about 210 PreK-Grade 8 students and their families. We are celebrating our 75th anniversary as a parish school in 2026-2027. St. Jerome School is known for our core values: Believe, Belong, Grow, Learn and Love. Our committed faculty, steady leadership and excellent academics are steeped within a community of faith and love. We are located in the Twin Cities East Metro.
