Role Overview The Business Capability Manager is responsible for converting business requirements into a clearly defined, prioritized, and value-driven roadmap for platform capabilities. This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders, technical leadership, development teams, and end users to identify challenges, define solutions, prioritize work, and ensure successful delivery of features that generate measurable business outcomes.
