Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the Manager in achieving business goals. Non-traditional hours required, nights and weekends are required.Responsibilities:
- Assist in hiring and managing staff, and provide guidance
- Support the Manager in implementing marketing strategies to drive sales
- Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficiency in administrative tasks
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
