Role Summary:
The Assistant General Manager will serve as the primary face of Collars in the lobby. This role combines high-level customer service with light management responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet every dog and owner with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care Manage all lobby operations including check-ins, check-outs, payments, and phone inquiries Maintain a calm, organized, and positive lobby environment during all business hours Assist the GM with management tasks including scheduling, team communication, basic reporting and policy enforcement Support playroom staff when needed and help uphold safety and quality standards Handle client questions, concerns and occasional difficult situations with patience and clear communication

Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
