Equipment & Asset Management:
• Coordinate the rental, leasing, and day to day use of aviation equipment, including aircraft, ground support units, and hangar tools. • Track equipment condition and plan for routine maintenance, repairs, and eventual replacement to ensure reliability and safe operations.
Leasing & Contract Administration:
• Manage equipment lease agreements, vendor service contracts, and support arrangements tied to aircraft operations and hangar activities. • Verify that all leases, insurance documents, and regulatory requirements are current and properly followed.
Fleet & Equipment Utilization:
• Review aircraft and equipment usage to ensure assets are being used efficiently and cost effectively. • Adjust deployment of rented or leased equipment to support operational needs, reduce downtime, and control expenses.
Safety and Operating Equipment Oversight:
• Oversee the procurement, rental, and upkeep of essential operating equipment such as tugs, GPUs, air compressors, lifts, and other machinery required for safe and reliable flight operations. • Ensure all equipment is maintained in safe working condition and meets operational standards. Req Bach Deg (Any) & 48 months of Management/Operation of FBO experience. Travel as required to FL, Canada, & Azerbaijan, 4-7 days per trip.
