In addition to our core services, we offer oil changes and, self-service dog washes at select sites. Our focus is on delivering exceptional vehicle care and customer satisfaction across our network. Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and experienced Oil Change/Car Wash Location Manager to oversee daily operations at our Raytown, MO facility. This leadership role involves managing service technicians, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high standards of vehicle maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong automotive knowledge, leadership skills, and a passion for automotive service excellence. Duties Supervise daily operations of the oil change/car wash location, ensuring timely and quality service delivery Lead and motivate a team of technicians, providing training and performance feedback Oversee vehicle oil changes, car wash, and basic repairs.
