This position requires a visionary leader who can effectively manage resources, drive business development initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The Executive Director will collaborate with the board of directors and senior leadership to implement policies, oversee project management, and ensure the organization meets its goals and objectives. Duties Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the organization's mission and vision. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all areas of the organization. Lead business development efforts to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, partners, and community organizations. Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit the organization while ensuring compliance with regulations. Provide leadership and guidance to senior management teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and service delivery. Monitor organizational performance metrics and prepare reports for the board of directors. Represent the organization at community events, conferences, and meetings to promote its mission. Qualifications Proven experience in strategic planning and operations management within a leadership role. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful implementation of initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead senior leadership teams effectively. Experience in business development with a focus on negotiating partnerships and contracts. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff at all levels. Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on process improvement methodologies. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences. A bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who is passionate about making a positive impact within the community while driving organizational success.
