Stay Compliant and Competitive:

What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred), or equivalent experience. 5+ years of leadership experience in home services, construction, or a related industry required. Strong understanding of electrical and plumbing systems and relevant regulatory requirements. Proven ability to manage budgets, drive profitability, and deliver operational excellence. A hands-on, solution-oriented leadership style that brings out the best in your team. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
