What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll train alongside store leadership to learn the full operation of the store and prepare for a future management position. Duties include learning to make supervisory decisions that align with company standards, understanding sales, inventory, and cost controls, supporting daily store operations, and helping lead team members. You'll gain hands‑on experience in customer service, merchandising, training, and store performance while setting a strong example of professionalism, teamwork, and leadership.
