Job description Local Flooring Company with 29 years in business is looking for a qualified Assistant Manager to assist run it's current operations in Columbia Falls, MT and continue to grow the business. Duties to Include, but not limited to: Ability to Lead and Train others Provide Excellent customer service Maintain good presentation of products Understand common business practices Have excellent math and computer skills Build lasting relationships with customers Increase Sales and grow the business Controlling Labor costs Inventory Mgmt Cash Handling and Deposits Planning and Organizing Knowledge of the construction and property management trades a plus. Knowledge of Flooring and Countertops a huge plus Minimum 1 or 2 yrs managerial experience Incentive Program for Sales Growth, Labor and Gross Margin Future Opportunities for those that can prove themselves through performance Store Hours are Monday

- 6pm and Saturday 9am
- 5pm
