Assistant Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and supporting the Manager in various administrative tasks.

Duties:

• Assist the Manager in supervising staff and daily operations
• Manage payroll and employee scheduling
• Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance targets
• Assist in budgeting and financial management
• Handle employee orientation and training
• Oversee shift management and ensure smooth transitions
• Provide leadership and support to team members

Experience:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in team management and fostering a positive work environment
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial analysis
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse teams
