Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a leadership position. Experience in customer service, inventory management, and retail operations is preferred. Responsibilities:

The Assistant Manager helps the store Manager direct and coordinate the actions of the sales staff and goldsmith. He or she is a leader who motivates and trains the staff to increase sales, profitability, and customer service.

Specific Expectations:

Help your manager motivate staff to attain their sales goals Help your manager monitor sales presentations Attain your own personal sales goals Provide exceptional customer service Assure store security Maintain a clean and attractive store Train and develop staff Develop team atmosphere in the store Understand company policies and procedures
