Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant General Manager to join our team and lead our retail operations with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will support the hotel's overall management, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient store operations, and team development. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, including sales, inventory control, and staff management. Manage employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, scheduling shifts, and payroll processing to ensure optimal staffing levels. Experience Proven experience in hotel management or assistant manager roles with demonstrated leadership capabilities. Strong background in supervising teams Excellent communication skills in Experience in guest service excellence and shift supervision is essential. Prior involvement in recruiting, employee orientation, training & development programs to foster team growth.
