In this pivotal role, you will support the store's overall management, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and effective team leadership. Your energetic approach will inspire staff, optimize sales performance, and uphold the highest standards of store presentation and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in overseeing all store functions, including sales, inventory control, staffing, and customer service. Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and development initiatives to foster a high-performance culture. Manage daily store operations such as cash handling, POS transactions, merchandising, stocking, and pricing to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Conduct interviews and participate in recruiting efforts to build a talented and diverse team aligned with company standards. Supervise employee orientation programs and ongoing training to promote employee engagement and retention. Oversee budgeting, and inventory management to maintain financial health of the park. Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to boost sales and enhance customer experience. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures at all times. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Support shift management duties including scheduling, supervising staff performance, and ensuring smooth store operations during peak hours. Skills Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles with strong supervisory skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead teams effectively. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks such as inventory control, merchandising, and payroll simultaneously. Proficiency in POS systems, retail math, cash handling procedures, and retail sales techniques. Knowledge of purchasing processes, pricing strategies, stock replenishment, and inventory management. Proficiency in using excel, data analysis and computer usage. Experience in recruiting, interviewing candidates, employee orientation, training & development programs. Ability to handle administrative responsibilities including bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll processing & record keeping. Leadership qualities with a focus on team management, motivation, conflict resolution & performance coaching. Familiarity with marketing initiatives to promote products or services effectively within the store environment.
