This role begins with hands-on retail sales and customer service, with the opportunity to grow into leadership through a structured training program. Management Training Program This position includes a structured development track focused on leadership skills, team support, and performance management, with advancement opportunities based on results. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting wireless products and service plans Provide a positive in-store customer experience Promote AT&T products and services Process sales transactions and meet performance goals Stay current on promotions, devices, and plans Support store operations and team objectives Qualifications High school diploma or GED Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Goal-oriented and comfortable in a sales environment Basic computer/POS skills Flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends) Must be 18+ Compensation & Benefits Base pay plus commission (average weekly earnings: $750-$1,300) Paid training and ongoing development Performance-based advancement opportunities Employee discounts on wireless products and services Why Join Us?
