Business Manager (F&I) - Chrysler Dodge Jeep Honda Ryan Motors, Williston ND Are you a numbers pro who can also connect with customers? Our busy CDJR dealership is looking for a Finance & Insurance Manager who can help customers secure financing while protecting the dealership and delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities:

Present financing and protection product options clearly and professionally Work with lenders to secure competitive financing approvals Structure deals in compliance with all regulations and lender guidelines Ensure accurate and timely completion of all finance paperwork Offer service contracts, GAP, and protection products to customers Maintain strong relationships with lenders and dealership staff Help maximize profitability while maintaining a great customer experience

What We're Looking For:

Automotive F&I experience preferred (CDJR experience a plus) Strong knowledge of automotive lending and compliance Excellent communication and presentation skills Organized and detail-oriented Professional and customer-focused Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Strong computer skills and dealership software experience Confident but not pushy Honest and trustworthy Motivated by performance Great with people and paperwork alike 21 years of age or older Valid drivers license
