This role requires a confident leader with experience in the metals industry (required) who can evaluate current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and take ownership of implementing meaningful change. This individual will be both strategic and tactical -someone who is comfortable working on the production floor, coaching teams, and driving operational excellence while fostering a positive and accountable culture. The General Manager will report directly to executive leadership and play a critical role in shaping business performance and team development.

What We're Looking For Required:
