Full-Time (45 hours/week)About the RoleSanel NAPA is looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team. This role is a key leadership position focused on customer service, team development, and operational excellence, with a clear path to future store leadership.

Youll partner closely with the Store Manager and step in to lead the store when needed.
