This individual will play a critical leadership role in ensuring operational efficiency, financial oversight, exceptional patient experience, and strong team management. The Business Manager will work closely with physicians, clinical staff, administrative personnel, and external vendors to support the growth and success of the practice while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical practice Ensure efficient patient flow, scheduling, staffing, and office functionality Develop and implement operational policies and procedures Monitor practice performance and identify opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all applicable healthcare regulations Financial Oversight Manage budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting Oversee billing, collections, accounts payable, and revenue cycle processes Analyze financial performance metrics and recommend operational improvements Coordinate with accountants, payroll providers, and external vendors Staff Leadership & Human Resources Supervise administrative and non-clinical staff Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented work culture Address employee concerns and assist in conflict resolution Ensure staff adherence to office policies and expectations Patient Experience Promote a welcoming, efficient, and patient-centered environment Address patient concerns and help resolve service issues professionally Monitor patient satisfaction and implement improvements where needed Strategic Planning Support physicians and leadership with practice growth initiatives Assist in developing operational goals and long-term strategies Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and office resources Help implement new systems, workflows, and technologies
Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
