This paid training program is designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience in event marketing, community outreach, fundraising, and team operations. In this role, you will represent nonprofit organizations at live events, helping raise awareness and generate support for meaningful causes. You will work directly with the public in a face-to-face setting, building relationships, educating potential donors, and developing the skills needed to advance into a leadership position. What You'll Be Doing (Day-to-Day Responsibilities) Engage with community members at events to share information about nonprofit causes and initiatives Educate potential supporters on current campaigns and encourage donations or ongoing support Assist individuals with the sign-up or donation process in a clear and professional manner Provide a positive and informative experience while representing the organization Contribute to daily and weekly fundraising goals through outreach and engagement Learn and assist with event operations, including setup, coordination, and team support Maintain accurate records of interactions, donations, and event performance Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership development, communication, and campaign knowledge Work closely with team leaders to understand performance goals and growth opportunities What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with people face-to-face A positive attitude and interest in supporting charitable causes Ability to work in a fast-paced, event-based environment Leadership potential and a desire to grow into a management role Strong organizational and time management skills Basic problem-solving skills and attention to detail Previous experience in customer service, events, or fundraising is a plus but not required Bilingual candidates are a plus but not required Compensation & Growth Guaranteed pay weekly earnings (average $3,000-$6,000 per month) Face-to-face Paid weekly as a W-2 employee Structured training program with clear advancement opportunities into retail management Why Join Us?
