This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment. Duties Support the General Manager with daily operational and administrative activities. Coordinate communication and follow-up between departments and warehouse locations. Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and business presentations. Track customer issues, escalations, and project progress to ensure timely resolution. Assist with contract management, vendor communications, and customer onboarding. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items. Monitor project timelines and follow up on assigned tasks. Support budgeting, expense tracking, and business analysis projects. Assist with process improvement initiatives and SOP documentation. Handle confidential business information with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, executive assistance, logistics, or supply chain management. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Experience in logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, or transportation is highly preferred. Bilingual English and Chinese is a plus. Experience with WMS, TMS, CRM, or ERP systems. Data analysis and reporting capabilities. Customer-facing communication experience.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
