Full-Time, Exempt The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the General Manager in leading day-to-day dispensary operations while creating an exceptional customer experience and a positive, accountable team culture. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence through leadership, compliance, inventory oversight, cash management, and team development. The ideal candidate is a strong retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and understands the importance of balancing customer service, compliance, and operational efficiency.
