  • Regional Vice President, Northeast Redi Carpet is seeking a high-impact Regional Vice President to drive growth and operational excellence across the Northeast.
This role calls for a strategic, energetic leader who can elevate performance, strengthen client relationships, and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field. 5+ years of management experience. Job Summary Responsible for providing leadership, management and oversight of region. Ensure allpany policies and prores are being followed in accordance withpany's vision and objectives. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Manages and oversees specific goals and action plans for all branch locations within region and holds all direct reports accountable for results. Drives new regional business opportunities and supports all national account programs. Drives implementation of allpany policies and prores while attaining budgeting sales quotas and gross profit targets for entire region. Recruits, hires, trains and develops General Managers to operate each business unit. Develops and maintains relationships with key regional customers and with regional suppliers. Managesplete sales and expense budget for the region and oversees all national marketing efforts (i.e. Constant Contact). Nature and Scope Solutions require analysis and investigation. Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience. May rmend/make decisions regarding new programs/initiatives that have significant impact to the business and carry consequences in unsuccessful endeavors. Manages a larger team or multiple small teams through direction of subordinate management and/or supervisory staff. Work Environment Located in afortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting in afortable position and t is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions t may be a need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time. Education and Experience Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
