We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our retail team right away. This is a leadership role with real responsibility — you'll help run daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure every customer has a great experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations Supervise, motivate, and develop team members Drive sales performance and achieve store targets Manage cash registers, POS systems, and cash handling Oversee inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising Interview, hire, and train new employees Coordinate shift schedules and ensure proper coverage Assist with payroll, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience in retail or grocery store supervision Strong knowledge of retail math, inventory, and pricing Proficiency with POS systems and retail software Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
