$90,000 - $150,000 annually (performance-based)

Full Benefits Package + 401(k) About the Opportunity We are a high-volume, growth-oriented Multi Ford dealership group seeking an experienced BDC Manager to lead and elevate our sales operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving new and used vehicle performance, developing a strong team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
