This is a high-level leadership role for someone who can manage people, improve operations, drive accountability, and help grow revenue across multiple departments. We are NOT looking for someone seeking a comfortable office job or a low-pressure management role. We ARE looking for someone who: thrives in fast-paced environments can lead teams under pressure solves problems quickly takes ownership is willing to put in the time and effort required to grow a serious company If you have strong leadership ability, operational experience, and a relentless work ethic, we want to speak with you.

Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day business operations Manage office staff, field crews, and leadership team Improve operational efficiency and profitability Monitor sales performance and production KPIs Hold teams accountable to company standards Recruit, interview, hire, and train employees Resolve customer escalations and operational issues Improve systems, processes, and workflows Coordinate scheduling, production, and staffing Work directly with ownership on company growth initiatives Ensure jobs are completed properly and profitably Lead meetings and maintain team performance Help build a winning company culture Requirements Leadership and management experience required Home improvement or home services industry experience required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Ability to lead teams and enforce accountability Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Ability to manage both office and field operations Sales and operations experience preferred Construction, HVAC, insulation, roofing, pest control, or restoration experience is a plus
