Bachelor's degree required 2 - 4+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, finance, or strategy & operations at early-stage startups Strong organizational and systems-thinking skills with high attention to detail Ability to operate comfortably in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and bring structure where needed High ownership mindset with a bias toward action and execution Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams Comfortable working directly with executive leadership Financial fluency and comfort working with spreadsheets, budgets, and performance metrics
Working Conditions:
5 days in office, full-time Combination of office, collaborative team environments, and cross-functional working Fast-paced, early-stage startup environment with evolving priorities
