Industrial Sales Account Manager Trainee•Development Program Since 1974, United Central Industrial Supply , a SunSource company, has been providing industrial operators throughout North America the components and services they need, when they need them. What You Will Do Participate in structured training at our headquarters where you will receive ongoing mentorship, professional development, and in-depth product training Learn full cycle outside sales skills and build relationships with new and existing customers to solve real-world customer problems through technical and product solutions Work alongside experienced Account Managers on joint sales calls visiting customers on-site Ability to relocate to Addison, IL for 12 months of training at our corporate headquarters What You Will Need Associate degree or technical training and 2 years of experience in a related field OR bachelor's degree, preferably in Supply Chain, Sales, in Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field Internship or co-op experience in a sales/distribution or manufacturing environment or individuals with mechanical interest/aptitude preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to be outgoing, friendly, approachable to build relationships with peers and potential customers with a commitment to delivering top results in a performance-based environment What We Offer This is a full-time, paid position with a transition into a full-time Account Manager upon completion of the program.
